Therapy helps us understand where we’ve been. Meditation helps us stay with where we are.
Each session combines group therapy and meditation to offer the benefits of both. It’s a good fit if you’re looking for support but aren’t sure individual therapy is the right step—or if you’ve been in therapy before and want something new to keep you feeling centered.

Many people navigating day-to-day stress or the challenges of anxiety and depression find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, or emotional shutdown. This group creates a space to interrupt those patterns—with compassionate conversation, shared understanding, and mindfulness practices that help you come back to the present moment. Over time, this blend of support and stillness can help you feel more connected to yourself, less alone in what you're going through, and more capable of achieving your goals.
